Tax on bills

Turn tax on, name it, set the rate, and choose whether the price already includes it.

InvUltra prints a tax line on invoices and quotes. It does not submit a sales-tax or income-tax return. Filing on a government portal stays outside this app.

Steps

  1. Open Settings, then Tax & Finance.
  2. Turn Enable Tax System on. Turn it off to stop tax on new invoices and quotes.
  3. Set Tax 1 name (for example GST) and the rate percent.
  4. Choose Tax Exclusive when tax is added on top of the price. Choose Tax Inclusive when the shelf price already contains the tax.
  5. Turn on Secondary Tax only if you need a second line, then name it and set its rate.
  6. Save, then open a draft invoice and confirm the tax line.
