Terms of Service

Terms and conditions for using InvUltra.

Last updated: 26 August 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of InvUltra, including our website, web application, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, signing in, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

InvUltra is offline-first software for retailers. It includes point-of-sale checkout, inventory and stock management, customer and vendor records, invoices and quotes, purchase orders, loyalty, reporting, activity logs, barcode scanning, and printing of A4 documents and 80mm thermal receipts through your browser.

Some features require an internet connection (for example, initial login, subscription management, and cloud sync). Core counter workflows are designed to continue when connectivity is limited.

3. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate business and contact information when registering. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping passwords confidential.

You must ensure that staff accounts are authorized and given appropriate roles. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication for owner and manager accounts.

Notify us promptly at contact@invultra.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscription plans and limits

InvUltra offers a 7-day full-feature trial, a Professional plan for single shops, and an Enterprise plan for multi-store businesses. Plan details and pricing are shown on our website or in the application when you upgrade.

Professional includes up to 10 users and 1 store. Enterprise includes multiple stores and is configured manually. Monthly document caps no longer apply — limits are based on plan tier, not monthly counts.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to process illegal transactions.
  • Attempt to access another tenant's data or bypass security controls.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service except as expressly permitted.
  • Upload malware, interfere with servers, or abuse support channels.
  • Misrepresent your business or use the Service to harm customers, vendors, or third parties.

6. Your data

You retain ownership of the business records you enter (products, customers, invoices, and similar data). You grant InvUltra a limited license to host, process, back up, and display that data solely to provide the Service.

You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of data you store and for complying with applicable tax, invoicing, and consumer laws in your jurisdiction.

7. Our intellectual property

InvUltra, its software, branding, documentation, and website content are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or source code except the right to use the Service as provided.

8. Availability and disclaimers

We strive to keep InvUltra reliable, but the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, perfect sync timing, or compatibility with every device, browser, printer, or barcode scanner.

You are responsible for your own hardware, internet connection, printer drivers, and local backup practices beyond what we provide.

9. Support

Support level depends on your plan. Free accounts may rely on documentation and community channels. Paid plans may receive priority support as described on our website or in your agreement.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if continued service poses security or legal risk.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. We may retain and delete data according to our Privacy Policy and backup retention schedule.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InvUltra and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost sales, or lost data arising from use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to InvUltra in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or PKR 10,000 if you are on a free plan.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Pakistan shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated date. Material changes may also be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
